Brian Brennan has been in Real Estate for 18 months as of December 2022. Brian is based at the Miramar International - Riverwalk location. 

Brian is on the Team, The Peralta Group (TPG), which is lead by Pete Peralta. 

In Brian's first 18 months he has closed 22 transactions, 3 of which were repeat clients and 2 referrals.

Born and raised on the East Coast, Brian moved to Bakersfield in December 2019 with his family. He has always wanted to get into real estate, so when he moved to California, he decided to make the dream a reality, and received his license in June of 2021.
